Terms of Service

Effective date: March 27, 2026

Welcome to REILO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the REILO platform, website at reilo.io, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by REILO Technologies LLC ("REILO," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use REILO. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including any gateway tokens generated for iMessage bridging. You are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each account is provisioned with a workspace. You may not share workspace credentials or allow unauthorized users to access your workspace.

2. Description of Service

REILO is a property intelligence and outreach platform for real estate investors. The Service includes lead management, property data, owner enrichment, outreach tools (SMS, email, direct mail, and phone), workflow automation, and analytics. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use REILO only for lawful real estate investment activities. You may not:

  • Send unsolicited messages (spam) or contact persons who have opted out
  • Contact individuals on the National Do Not Call Registry without a qualifying exemption
  • Send messages or make calls outside the hours permitted by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) — generally 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone
  • Spoof caller ID, sender information, or misrepresent your identity
  • Upload illegally obtained data, including data acquired through unauthorized scraping, hacking, or other unlawful means
  • Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person contacted through the Service
  • Attempt to access another workspace's data, circumvent usage limits, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute REILO or any data obtained through REILO without written authorization
  • Use the Service for any purpose prohibited by applicable law

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. SMS, Calling & Outreach Compliance

REILO provides tools to facilitate outreach. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of these tools complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, state telemarketing laws, and any regulations governing direct mail in your jurisdiction.

Before sending any SMS or making any call through REILO, you must have obtained proper consent from the recipient as required by law. REILO enforces certain safeguards (such as TCPA safe-hours blocking and STOP keyword suppression) but does not guarantee compliance on your behalf.

You agree to indemnify and hold REILO harmless from any claims, fines, or damages arising from your outreach activities, including TCPA class actions.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

REILO offers multiple subscription tiers (Trial, Starter, Pro, and Agency), each with defined usage limits and feature access. Current pricing is available on the REILO pricing page.

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with limited usage. No credit card is required to start a trial. When the trial ends, your account will be restricted to read-only access until you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data is retained.

Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your workspace reverts to trial-tier limits. We do not delete your data upon cancellation — see Section 10.

Usage Limits: Each plan includes monthly caps on leads, SMS sends, direct mail, skip traces, and other metrics. When you reach a limit, the corresponding feature is disabled until the next billing cycle. Overage charges do not apply — you simply hit the cap.

6. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you upload, import, or create within REILO, including contacts, property records, and message content. You grant REILO a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Our Platform: REILO and its underlying technology — including algorithms, scoring models, UI design, code, and documentation — are the intellectual property of REILO Technologies LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as a subscriber.

7. Third-Party Services

REILO integrates with third-party services including Telnyx (SMS), Lob (direct mail), BatchData (skip tracing), Google Maps (geocoding), Stripe (payments), and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. REILO is not responsible for outages, changes, or data handling by third-party providers.

8. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

REILO is a multi-tenant platform. Each workspace's data is logically isolated. You may not attempt to access, query, or exfiltrate data belonging to another workspace. Any attempt to bypass workspace isolation is a material breach of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

Upon account cancellation, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@reilo.io. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

You may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format (CSV) at any time while your account is active.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REILO'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO REILO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT SHALL REILO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." REILO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. REILO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REILO Technologies LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, or state telemarketing laws; or (d) your outreach activities conducted through the Service.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Maricopa County, Arizona. You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to REILO, other users, or third parties. We will provide notice unless immediate action is required to prevent harm.
